Thank you for your interest in the SET Program! In order to qualify for the SET program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You are either unemployed or underemployed (you are not working to your full income potential)

  • If you work minimum wage full time, you qualify based on being underemployed

  • SET is funded by York Region, so you must be a York Region resident to qualify
